Ingredients

  • 8 oz lo mein noodles
  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, etc.)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Sliced green onions, for garnish
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Marinate the thinly sliced beef in a mixture of soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
  3. In a hot wok or large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat and sauté the marinated beef until browned.
  4. Add minced garlic and mixed vegetables; stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
  5. Toss everything together with the cooked lo mein noodles and adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
