- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, etc.)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Sliced green onions, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Marinate the thinly sliced beef in a mixture of soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
- In a hot wok or large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat and sauté the marinated beef until browned.
- Add minced garlic and mixed vegetables; stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
- Toss everything together with the cooked lo mein noodles and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For freezing, use freezer-safe containers for up to 3 months.
