Description

Savory beef enchiladas wrapped in warm tortillas, topped with rich sauce and melting cheese, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, seasoning with onions and taco spices.
  2. Roll the beef mixture into corn tortillas and place in a baking dish.
  3. Cover with enchilada sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
  5. Let the enchiladas rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
