Description

A light and customizable dessert that satisfies sweet cravings while supporting dietary goals.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box flavored sugar free gelatin mix (0.3 oz)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water or unsweetened tea
  • Optional: 1 to 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
  • Optional: 1 scoop unflavored collagen or a half scoop unflavored whey isolate
  • Optional flavor boosters: splash of lemon or lime juice, a few drops of vanilla, a tiny pinch of salt
  • Optional add ins: sliced berries, a few peach cubes, or Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Boil 1 cup of water.
  2. In a medium bowl, add the flavored gelatin mix. Pour the boiling water over it and stir for a full 2 minutes.
  3. Add 1 cup cold water or chilled unsweetened tea.
  4. If adding collagen or unflavored gelatin, sprinkle it slowly and whisk until blended. Let foam settle for a minute.
  5. Pour into small containers or a loaf pan for cubes. Cover loosely and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. To serve, top with berries or a spoon of Greek yogurt if desired.

Notes

For a firmer texture, add extra unflavored gelatin. Always check with a healthcare provider if uncertain about added ingredients like collagen or whey.
