- 1.5 lbs chicken thighs, cut into pieces
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- Oil for frying
- For Bang Bang Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 12 slider buns
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in your choice of marinade for at least 1 hour or overnight for better flavor.
- Coat the marinated chicken pieces in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with panko bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken and double fry for extra crispness.
- In a separate bowl, mix the ingredients for the Bang Bang sauce until well combined.
- Toss the fried chicken pieces in the sauce until well coated.
- Assemble the sliders by placing the chicken on the slider buns and adding any desired toppings.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For the best results, double fry the chicken for optimal crispness. Adjust sriracha levels for desired heat.
