  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 12 sliders 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs chicken thighs, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • For Bang Bang Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 12 slider buns
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in your choice of marinade for at least 1 hour or overnight for better flavor.
  2. Coat the marinated chicken pieces in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with panko bread crumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Fry the chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the chicken and double fry for extra crispness.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the ingredients for the Bang Bang sauce until well combined.
  7. Toss the fried chicken pieces in the sauce until well coated.
  8. Assemble the sliders by placing the chicken on the slider buns and adding any desired toppings.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For the best results, double fry the chicken for optimal crispness. Adjust sriracha levels for desired heat.
