A fun and tasty dish with a creamy and spicy sauce, perfect for grilling or quick dinners.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8–10 wooden or metal skewers
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2–3 tablespoons sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or lime juice
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast into uniform bite-sized pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Thread chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.
- Grill skewers over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Brush the cooked skewers with the Bang Bang sauce and garnish with green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for a few hours before grilling. Use metal skewers to avoid soaking them in water. Adjust sriracha according to spice preference.
