Description

A fun and tasty dish with a creamy and spicy sauce, perfect for grilling or quick dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 810 wooden or metal skewers
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 23 tablespoons sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into uniform bite-sized pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Thread chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.
  4. Grill skewers over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through.
  5. Brush the cooked skewers with the Bang Bang sauce and garnish with green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for a few hours before grilling. Use metal skewers to avoid soaking them in water. Adjust sriracha according to spice preference.
