- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Combine the mashed bananas with sugar, oil (or melted butter), eggs, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- Sift in the flour, baking soda, and salt; gently fold until blended without overmixing.
- If desired, fold in nuts or chocolate chips for that extra pop of flavor.
- Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and bake for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
