- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse and trim the Brussels sprouts, cutting them in half.
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the mixture and toss again.
- Spread the seasoned sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
