A simple and flavorful side dish that enhances the natural sweetness of Brussels sprouts with balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse and trim the Brussels sprouts, cutting them in half.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  4. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the mixture and toss again.
  5. Spread the seasoned sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
