Description

A simple yet flavorful side dish that elevates any meal with roasted Brussels sprouts coated in a tangy balsamic glaze.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the halved Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  4. Spread the sprouts evenly on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
  6. Serve warm, drizzling any leftover glaze over them for extra flavor.

Notes

For added crunch, consider tossing in chopped pecans or walnuts. Drizzle more balsamic glaze on top before serving for enhanced flavor.
