- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Arrange the chicken thighs in the dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Season the thighs with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese and lemon juice; mix well.
- Spoon the cheese and lemon mixture evenly over each chicken thigh.
- Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for five minutes before serving, drizzling any remaining sauce over the chicken.
