  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Arrange the chicken thighs in the dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Season the thighs with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese and lemon juice; mix well.
  5. Spoon the cheese and lemon mixture evenly over each chicken thigh.
  6. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for five minutes before serving, drizzling any remaining sauce over the chicken.
