Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, and spices.
  3. Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
