Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut puff pastry into four squares, dock lightly, and brush with egg wash.
- Partially blind bake in the oven for 8–10 minutes until puffed and lightly golden.

- Crack one egg into the center of each square.
