- 1 lb cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup taco seasoning
- 1 cup diced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 8 taco shells
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Optional toppings: lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, avocado, cilantro, lime wedges
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté diced onions and garlic in a pan until fragrant.
- Add cooked, shredded chicken, taco seasoning, and chicken broth to the pan. Mix until combined and heated through.
- Fill taco shells with the chicken mixture and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Place the filled taco shells upright in a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- For extra crispiness, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Serve with your choice of toppings.
