Description

A comforting dish that combines creamy Caesar dressing with juicy baked chicken, topped with a rich Parmesan sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for marinating)
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
  • Breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken breast with Caesar dressing, then sprinkle grated Parmesan over the top.
  4. Place the coated chicken in a baking dish.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (165°F).
  6. If desired, add breadcrumbs on top for the last 5 minutes of baking for added crunch.

Notes

Marinate the chicken in dressing for 30 minutes if time permits to enhance the flavor. Use a meat thermometer to check doneness.
