- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (optional, for marinating)
- Crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
- Breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Coat each chicken breast with Caesar dressing, then sprinkle grated Parmesan over the top.
- Place the coated chicken in a baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (165°F).
- If desired, add breadcrumbs on top for the last 5 minutes of baking for added crunch.
Notes
Marinate the chicken in dressing for 30 minutes if time permits to enhance the flavor. Use a meat thermometer to check doneness.
