- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp berbere spice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- For the Zesty Lime Dip: 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 tbsp lime juice, 1 tsp lime zest, Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken wings in a mix of berbere spice, olive oil, and lemon juice for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the marinated wings on a wire rack set on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- For the Zesty Lime Dip, combine sour cream, lime juice, lime zest, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Serve the wings immediately with the lime dip.
Notes
Wings are best enjoyed hot out of the oven. For an extra kick, add cayenne pepper to the marinade.
