Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups tart apples, peeled and diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the milk and eggs together.
  4. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the diced apples.
  6. Scoop dollops of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
