Ground beef
Elbow macaroni
Shredded cheddar cheese
Milk
Butter
Cooked bacon
Flour tortillas
Salt & pepper
Garlic powder (optional)
Ranch or BBQ sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions.
- In a pan, brown the ground beef. Drain fat and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Make a simple cheese sauce with butter, milk, and shredded cheddar, then stir into drained macaroni.
- Stir in cooked, crumbled bacon.
- Lay out a tortilla. Add a layer of burger meat, mac and cheese, and more cheese or sauce if desired.
- Wrap it up tightly like a burrito.
- Toast on a skillet until golden brown and crispy.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
- You can add jalapeños for a spicy kick.
- Works great with leftover mac and cheese!
- Serve with dipping sauce for extra flavor.
