Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, mashed
  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the ripe avocados in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Mix the mashed avocados with sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin.
  8. Bake until golden, about 20 minutes.
