Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Arrange the marinated chicken and sliced zucchinis on a baking sheet.
