Instructions
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
- Create a well in the center and add eggs.
- Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough using a pasta machine or rolling pin.
- Cut into wide ribbons (about 2-3 cm).
- Cook in boiling salted water for 3-5 minutes (fresh) or 7-9 minutes (dried).
- Drain and toss with your favorite sauce.
Notes
For best texture, make sure not to overcook the pappardelle. Experiment with different sauces like wild boar ragù or creamy mushroom sauce.
