Ingredients

- 6.3 oz soba noodles
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1 cup edamame
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cook soba and rice separately.
- Stir-fry veggies in oil.
- Mix all ingredients with soy sauce.
- Serve hot or cold.
