- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger
Instructions
- Cook soba noodles in boiling water for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Rinse under cold water to stop cooking and prevent sticking.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked soba noodles, edamame, sugar snap peas, carrots, and sesame seeds.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, sesame oil, honey, and ginger.
- Pour sauce over the soba noodle mixture and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
