A refreshing drink made with apple cider vinegar, lemon, and optional spices to help reset your body and boost your energy.
Ingredients

- 12–16 ounces of cold or room temperature water
- 1–2 tablespoons of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Pour the water into a big glass.
- Add the apple cider vinegar.
- Squeeze in the lemon juice.
- If desired, add honey or maple syrup and cinnamon.
- Mix everything well.
- Drink it slowly.
