Description

A refreshing drink made with apple cider vinegar, lemon, and optional spices to help reset your body and boost your energy.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1216 ounces of cold or room temperature water
  • 12 tablespoons of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour the water into a big glass.
  2. Add the apple cider vinegar.
  3. Squeeze in the lemon juice.
  4. If desired, add honey or maple syrup and cinnamon.
  5. Mix everything well.
  6. Drink it slowly.
