Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine diced apples, caramel sauce, and cinnamon.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the apple filling in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the pastry over to create a parcel and crimp the edges tightly.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
