Instructions
- Toss the ginger, garlic, teriyaki, and barbecue sauces together in a big bowl until well mixed.
- Add the pineapple, chicken, and bell pepper, coating everything with the sauce.
- Place the coated mixture in the air fryer basket, set to 400°F, and cook for 11 minutes.
- Stir halfway through cooking for even results.
- Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F before serving.
- Serve the hot chicken and veggies over rice.
