Ingredients
Scale
- 454 grams ground beef
- 4 large (25 cm) flour tortillas
- 4 slices American cheese
- 15 milliliters mayonnaise
- 15 milliliters ketchup
- 16 pickle slices
- 15 milliliters melted butter
- 2.5 milliliters salt
- 2.5 milliliters ground black pepper
- 15 milliliters garlic powder
Instructions
- Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add ground beef and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook, stirring occasionally, until fully browned with no pink remaining. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Place tortillas on a microwave-safe plate, cover them with a damp paper towel, and microwave for 20-25 seconds until flexible.
- Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and ketchup over each tortilla. Top each with 4 pickle slices, 1 slice of American cheese, and approximately 120 grams of cooked beef. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to form a wrap.
- Brush the tops of the wraps with melted butter to promote golden crispness.
- Preheat the air fryer to 193°C. Arrange wraps in a single layer and air fry for 5 minutes until golden brown. Optionally, brush with additional melted butter after cooking.
- Allow wraps to cool for a few minutes before cutting in half, if desired. Serve while warm.
Notes
These wraps pair well with crispy fries, onion rings, or a simple salad and can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge.
