These no-bake heart-shaped OREO truffles are a delightful Valentine’s Day treat, perfect for impressing guests or giving as gifts.

- 36 OREO cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 10–12 oz melted white chocolate or candy melts
Instructions
- Pulse OREO cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form, about 30 seconds.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in cookie crumbs and vanilla until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a small heart silicone mold or roll into 24 balls and shape by hand.
- Chill for 30-45 minutes until firm.
- Dip each heart in melted white chocolate or candy melts and decorate.
Notes
Use silicone molds for best results and to create uniform shapes. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
