Description

Easy and festive chocolate bark made with Snickers, perfect for holiday gatherings and gifts.


Ingredients

  • 12 ounces good-quality semisweet chocolate
  • 56 fun-size Snickers or 34 full-size, chopped
  • 1/2 cup roasted salted peanuts
  • 2 ounces white chocolate (optional)
  • Flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the semisweet chocolate and Snickers.
  2. Melt chocolate using a microwave in 20–30 second bursts or a double boiler.
  3. Spread melted chocolate on parchment to about 1/8–1/4 inch thick.
  4. Scatter chopped Snickers and peanuts evenly on top, press lightly to adhere.
  5. Drizzle with white chocolate if desired.
  6. Chill for 20–30 minutes until set.
  7. Break into pieces and sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality chocolate and keep bark stored in a cool place. Avoid overheating the chocolate when melting.
