- 1 cup (240 ml) boiling water
- 1 packet (3 oz / 85 g) flavored gelatin
- 1 cup (240 ml) cold whole milk (or milk substitute)
Instructions
- Boil 1 cup of water.
- Pour the flavored gelatin into a heatproof bowl.
- Whisk in the boiling water until fully dissolved (about 1–2 minutes).
- Stir in the cold milk until homogeneous.
- Pour into molds or ramekins.
- Refrigerate at 40°F (4°C) or cooler until set — about 3–4 hours.
Notes
Serve chilled in clear glasses to showcase the bright colors, topped with whipped cream; can be made mini for party platters.
